 Angry Film 

Angry Film is a handcrafted film made by Sam Austen that blends the sights and sounds of the area surrounding the artist’s studio. The film is made out of cut out words and overlapping sentences, seemingly meaningless and surreal. Initially the film appears chaotic, but after a while fractions of narrative start forming. Because the artists wanted to be involved in this workshop, we identified his unique technique of handcrafting a film and chose to run a one-day workshop based on this. The result was a big scale shadow play pixilation were the children had lots of fun performing behind a big screen. Sunday Painter Gallery
